dear diary, skang nih mek sarapan ringan2 jek. roti je :) konon nk diet lah kan. kalo masa peknen jgn ckp la breakfast ape... grrrrr. kenyang ke? kalo dh biasa xpe pulak. tp kalo dh ajar perut nih mkn berat2 di pagi hari jwbnya mesti nk kena mkn berat2 lah. hmmm...
